you are going to have to have 120 imbue to imbue max mods/intensities.

Just a note... You can get 12 (I think) of the 115 Scrolls and use a scroll binder to get a 120. I think that works out to 600 essence instead of the relic fragments.

If all this is true then the value of 120's have been lowered justa tad but now there is a much better market for the lower end scrolls.

What should I do with all my 120 chivalry scrolls now? Can I use a scroll binder to at least get a 110 magery out of em?

heheh, I'm afraid it doesn't work like that.

I put just a few binders on my vendor to see how they'd sell.

You can also use scroll binders on SoTs - you can make a combined SoT that has 10 total points.

I have them on my vendors in Moonglow and the Gilfane Market - they've been going fairly well.

Tib - you bring me bark fragments and I'll make you wood pulp.

i just made some and tested them

12 -110 scrolls; I do not know if this will give you a 115 or a 120 once completed.

10 -115 scrolls; should give a 120 of the ninded type.

I do not have any 5's to test.

12 10's give you a 15. I'll probably get my imbuing 120 that way, by binding 15s That's 10 quests at 50 essence each - unless I end up with a runic chisel instead any time.
