regarding the race change tokens

We received during the promotion purchase, any chance of getting them changed to transfer tokens, or advance character, I really cannot see changing three characters to gargoyles on any accounts? Maybe let us trade them in?

Sorry but I just happy with the characters as they are, to much trouble to change out suits and stuff, besides I really don't like the gargoyles, now a transfer token and a advance char like back during the 8th age would have been great to get.

use one to turn a char into a gargoyle then put the other two on a vendor. either way you come out ahead. wow, just wow. so you basically want to pay 30 bux for SA then have ea give you 60 bux in freebies. that's a good business model.

I don't know if you realize this, but they don't just turn characters into gargoyles. I used one to turn my human miner into an elf.

I'd not agree with them being turned into anything else - I'd have liked an option not to claim them all only on one character though, since I can see people wanting to use one to change a character, one to change back if they found they didn't like the gargoyle race, and one to change on another shard (Siege springs to mind, but there are plenty of people who play more than one standard production shard) if they wanted to.

I did the quest myself, save the token, maybe sell it to someone.

I could have done that, but a token was so much easier and saved me the aggravation of searching for those stupid baubles in ilsh that I can never seem to find.

First, I am not a uo moderator, ya I know the title says UO. I am a Stratics Moderator for the T hunter/fishing forum here at Stratics. Now I see nothing wrong with asking about these tokens, as far as I am concern they worthless to me as I have no real need for a gargoyle character. And I understand you can use them now to change human to elf, elf to human? Or has anyone tried that? Myself I just do the quest.

Now I paid my money to get the free stuff, just as I did with 8th age yrs back. The tokens we got back then were far better then todays. I really wish they had given us advance char and transfer tokens over the new race ones.

Seriously man thats just a silly question.... Do what everyone else does sell the tokens you don't want and then use that money to buy other tokens you might want. Quit whining and looking for more free hand outs. So what if you can't sell them for the price of an xfer or advance token. Thats just the way the cookie crumbles. Not to mention saying you paid money for free stuff literally makes zero sense. You paid money for access to SA content nothing more. The free stuff was well free. Get over it and yourself.....
