A house is in the last stage of idoc, with vendors. Do the vendors have to run of gold before the house falls?

Never Mind. I have answer...............it fell
The house will only fall instantly if all vendors are owned by the house owner. If they are rental contracts then it goes into Demolition Pending mode.
