I am considering reforging a shield for my stealth tamer-mage. Would need to have SC (without the -1 FC preferred). Would also be able to use MR, DCI, or resists. Is it worth trying to reforge such a shield? And if so, what is the most efficient method to get the SC. Which runic would you use? I'm definitely a newbie when it comes to reforging. Just started looking at it. Thanks for the assistance.
