[Price Check] Red Strength Potions

I have a friend that has a Red Strength Potion and I have never seen one before, is it rare and worth anything? If you need more info Q Jay at 59542090

Im guessing it's one of the intro to Tram mis hued items that Npc's sold the first day or so. Items varied from shard to shard including the gold chessboard, purple leg of lamb and red jointing plane...to name a few. Value? perhaps 3-7 mil.
