[Price Check] Red Dragon suit

A friend of mine wanted to get a price check on this Red Dragon gear. He appears to have full set. Can any one tell me if these are worth anything?

Dragon armor can still be made. Is there something special about this suit that I'm not seeing?

So am I to understand that it USED to be craftable with the color in the name?

Any idea of how much of this is out there or if it's something a collector would desire?

Looks like he toggled the dont use material color when crafting it

Thank you, I think I have my answer. As a result of this not being a rare, I will remove it from the rares forum and send it to the Trader's forum.

This is the only rare kind that I remember comes with makers mark as well.
