Recipes & Soulstones

If char A learns a recipe will that be ties to the char itself or the skill? To clarify myself a bit:

If I use a soulstone to absorb the skill and put it on another char, whill this new char also know the recipe? If not and I transfer the skill back to the original char, will he still know the recipe?

The recipes stay on the character that learned them. Ive transferred skill to make armor and weapons just for another character's name to be on them, but then put them back on the character that has learned all the specialized stuff.
You dont lose the learned recipes btw if you were wondering, which is something i looked into before doing it.
