Recipe Book Alert - Hovering Wisp

FYI. Do not add Hovering Wisp recipes to the new recipe book if you want to keep them. Book converts it to a gingerbread cookie recipe, and will return a gingerbread cookie recipe when dropped.

Recipe no longer needed to make. Recipe scrolls still exist as a legacy item.
The book does not contain Hovering Wisp as a possible entry, so any recipes added are apparently converted.
