Recall Spell Not Working?

Has anyone else had problems tonight with not going anywhere after you cast Recall spell? My character casts the spell, targets the rune book cover, I see the coordinates of the default location in the journal, and then she just stands there. There's no message that the location is blocked, no fizzling of the spell, no message of any sort. Other than seeing proof in the journal that she actually did cast the spell, it's as if nothing happened.

I was having issues earlier. Severe lag or something.

I's a old issue.
I have been getting that for years on all shards and to different places.
As for the lag, and shard drops.... this is getting bad. I am afraid to take out any pet in fear I will get caught and loose them. I have died twice so far caught in the lag/drops so far.

It was happening again this morning for me on Oceania, i.e., cast Recall spell, see the spell words and the destination coordinates show up in the journal, but character just stays standing in the same place as if nothing happened.

I have that happen when I target too quickly after casting recall
