Really Slow Login Server?

I have been having issues with very slow login server this morning. Anyone else having an issue with it?

East Coast US - Ga.
Charter Communications - no other issues with net outside of UO
Has been happening on several different shards.

Me! Freezes on verifying account.

I'm unable to login. The CC freezes at "Verifying account" and the EC just hangs without any feedback after I type the password.

I'm located in France... My internet connection is not great but it's working.

Running the clients on WinXP 64bit, in case this matters.
