Don't they kinda get around it with using "Lady" British instead?

Again not reading and just posting.....I have this problem with my mouth as well.

"Paul says many on the team liken it to Baldur’s Gate with Friends in a lot of ways, getting back to BioWare’s roots in that way."

...Will definitely try this out.
Ok, that sounds good. Bah, Ill probably try it no matter what.

Just saw this on their facebook page:

Andreas Bertits We have rebooted Ultima - Like Batman Begins or Star Trek, and as our launching pad we choose Ultima 4. We have been very reverential to all the things that make Ultima 4 special.

Ultima 4 aye.... That was my favorite

Richard garriot has stated many times in a few interviews he was extremely open to a reunion with EA to make another game together succeeding UO..but that will never happen it'll have to include execs at EA groveling...and admitting the F'ed up major..and of course with the stipulation he has complete control..so instead of giving a great mind millions the milk UO for every dollar it has left in its old bones...quite unfortunate..the put out another crap browser game that'll have hundreds of bugs and a donate to succeed button...bright side I'm sure when it flops UO will get some of the good art..

..edit : obviously complete speculation..u may or may not get its art

1- Richard Garriott thinks that web/Facebook and phone games are the wave of the future. I always get a chuckle out of people who want to put Garriott in charge of everything because I doubt they'd want to play what he wants to make these days.

2- Ultima Forever is not a browser game.

3- Bioware said it has handpainted scenery.

I look forward to seeing what it's like. Not going to be one to avoid it just because there is a Lady British as opposed to a Lord British. May deviate from the traditional Ultima's as Garriott is not part of the development but time will tell. Not sure I will ever understand people dumping on a game so soon but that seems to be the general trend for even the best games out there when they get announced :p

Well when they start to look like this.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=MbLihCs0dZQ .. I'm thinking he's probably right. And sadly, it's still better looking than the current UO, which makes me wonder why they never remade UO to be browser-based.

Mind you, it's not top-of-the-line looking.. But that's a far sight better than any other browser game I've seen. And as then technology progresses, I imagine it'll only get better.

UO has too many items and the housing system alone is a barrier to that. 5 years, wouldn't surprise me if the technology is there.
