I just met a guy that played ten years ago. the account has been inactive for ten years, are the characters from that account still there or have they been deleted. Would it be worth his while to re-activate that account or just start a new one?

Hi Bac its Storm form Origin. His characters are still there, i talked to a CS the other day and no accounts have been pruged. As long as he knows his account info he should have no trouble getting back into the game. I would advise him to read about the migration though. Tell him welcome back. oh say hi to the wife for me! She to can get back on origin too we miss her.

My account..my second account that I ran auctions from was totally wiped clean.

I'm sure Crystal remembers me as Mia running New Dawn Auctions. When they had the welcome back to Brit event turned on I logged onto that account and there was nothing..no characters..nothing.

So I wouldn't be too sure, this was only inactive for the same amount of time that my main account was inactive for and that account had everything.

I know the whole *sorry we don't replace lost items* thing so never even bothered to contact anyone about it, but the account was completely empty.
