I am not sure what else to do and hoping that one of the Dev's will see this.
I wrote an e-mail to the EA address that was posted here, but never got a response back.

I had a violet #36 Target card. I collected all my violet number cards to make the total within a day. Last week the target card went missing first, that is when I e-mailed them. Then the weird stuff with the red cards happened and they replaced that and left msg.'s in game, just like with a lot of other people here. Then the number cards disappeared. So I am thinking ok i will get my second completion card then. Well I landed at lots today that got the second completion card, but I still have not received mine, but I got 5 of the money vote cards, which are all purple and I can't see what they are.
Would one of Dev's look into my second completion card please? I really would appreciate it:) I just feel so forgotten:(

yeah ... I haven't gotten my orange lava cards (2) either. I keep seeing that they know who completed the game even if they didn't give you the cards, so I'm hoping that's the case. Still would like the cards for proof lol.

I haven't gotten my 2nd completion card either. I have emailed them twice. Heard absolutely nothing back. *shrug*

YUP-- still waiting for my Two game 2 completion cards as well. I've emailed ea 4X......posted here...I've done everything but smoke signals and carrier pigeons..and that is next. NO FIX YET.

Virtually the same thing happened to me. I didn't initially get a target card, although the in-game email said I was supposed to get one. After several emails to [email protected], I got it and thought I was set. Then my target card disappeared on Saturday, and my dot cards Monday morning. No certificate.

The current bug reporting scheme is unsatisfying because there's no indication that the request has registered. We don't know whether we have to nag them, or if someone has already put us on the list to be handled in due course.

In the past, seeing the cards purple was related to running multiple clients. Here's the blog entry about it. http://www.ea-land.ea.com/blog/?p=595

P.S. My target card was Violet also. Think there's a conspiracy?

So I am not the only one that is missing hers. I don't feel so alone and forgotten then. Hopefully we get the completion card soon:)

No you are not...My indigo target and dot cards disappeared on my 2nd acct but no orange lava card. Also there is no email saying it was completed. I emailed them also, but no luck yet.

My yellow target card went missing too and I didn't get my orange certificate either. I have also emailed support twice now about different issues and have gotten NO response. Seems to be a ptttern. I guess the people who have the all color lava lamps will be seen as the "lucky" people

I completed my 2nd challenge I had a 34 (green or yellow cant remember now lol). And I got all the same colored cards, and the dots all matched up I used a calculator 4 times to make sure!!!!! And they took the cards, I never got a completion message from EA nor did I get a completion card. I have sent 2 emails already!

I sent 3 e-mails already. They took my dot cards and left my target card sitting on the lot. My roommate got hers but I didn't get my orange certificate. Hopefully they are working on this.

yes i am having the same problem,and sent them an email also but havent heard a thing or gotten the Orange Cards i am missing,

Same here, I have sent numerous e-mails to the address listed in the tso-e blog concerning missing completion cards, but so far have not heard one word...or gotten my orange card. I really dont know what else to do at this point, but get over it and come to the conclusion that it wont be happening for my sim.
Not happy.....

Last time I was able to look (yesterday when I checked for the voting cards) my target card was still in my inventory from the orange game, and no completion certificate as well. I too have sent an e-mail about it, but have tried not to send a repeated one because I know everybody else probably sends one every day and I don't want to flood them......but yeah....kinda biting my fingernails too. I hope when they pick up the cards that people don't delete that they will double check to be sure that they don't have lava cards in their inventories and pass out completion certificates where needed.

ETA: Just logged into EA Land long enough to check our inventories and cast our votes for the new currency name, and nope, my target card hasn't been picked up and I don't have a completion certificate. I KNOW I had the right target number, I used a calculator the last time I tabulated it just in case my math was wrong the other 4 times I added it up
I hope we get answers to our inquiries soon.....I might have to break my own rule and send a second e-mail, operating on the 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' mentality but seems there's alot of squeaky wheels and no answers, so I'm not sure what to do. Lee? Pari? ANYBODY on the dev team?!?!

Another day gone by and still no replies from anyone on this. I also IM'd Parazid and Lee with this same information - no response back on that either.

I truly hope they never want a fast response from ME on anything. I suspect it might take a good long while for ME to cooperate.
