I don't know when the next festival will be but I do believe Aspen has a planned location for it. I assume hes the plot picker for the festival locations

It was supposed to be on Europa. There's a plot and all.

Now it lies with Tomas and he has yet to announce anything.

Agreed! I really hope Tomas can help us arrange another rares fest! I still hope Aspen will come back and help us too, he said he might, but that was back in June... I will help out any way I can (as long as I don't have to be the lead organizer! sorry...).
