Rare Or Not?

Hello all
Was bored and searching through my bank getting rid of junk and i came across
an old shield thats been sitting there for years.

Verite Metal Kite Shield
Spell Channeling (No -1)
Reflect physical Damage 5%
Hit Chance Increase 8%
defense Chance Increase 7%
Resists - 3/3/2/3/2

Now im aware the HCI and DCI arent the highest, but i thought with the spell chanelling this may be a keeper.
I am on Europa and interested in its worth obviously (if there is any worth that is), is it a keeper? or should i throw it in the trash?

I'd throw it out, the HCI, DCI is toooo low.

Not trash, not rare either (no hci shield is imo)... probably worth 2mil.

Kinda depends on shard, I doubt you could get 200k for it on Baja.

Now why would you throw out something made of colored ingots?
