It was never added to the delete on sight list, and as Manticore said, unless the item alters the game itself (such as a mobile forge or water tile you can fish out of) deletion is pretty rare on these random items.

Unfortunately there's no way to know for sure and it's pretty much up to what the GM feels like doing.
