Wondering if anyone can tell me if this is worth anything at all?

It is worth something, but the amount varies a lot from shard to shard. On average, I'd say between 250-750k. It currently spawns in-game so this forum wouldn't be the place to sell it. My suggestion is try your shard trade forum. The only music gear able to be sold on this forum is the "Wanderer" music gear from the Book of Truth event and no longer spawns.

Little more information about the new Gears:

1. Specific creatures in SA are (Ter-Mur, Underworld and Stygian Abyss) drop the new SA gears.
2. You can get a Sutek's Dirty Gear when you complete the quest from Sutek
- The Sutek's Dirty Gear changes to a random music gear when used.
