Not sure on the price of the boots.
I can tell you the forge is not rare. You can craft add-ons using specialty wood (oak, ash, etc) and then before you dbl-click and place it.. you can dye it with natural crafted dyes or the tokuno dyes. Once you have dyed it, the add-on will be the color of the deed and you can place, chop, replace it over and over and it will keep the color. Very nice for decorating, but at the moment not rare.
