[Price Check] Rare Armor piece?

I got this from an IDOC, didn't pay too much attention to it at the time since it was mixed in with other stuff, but then when I was sorting it all out I noticed the title.. and it got me to thinking that I might have something here

I wouldnt say its worth a whole lot. Id say, at most, around a mil. At least that would be the price on chessie. I seen a bunch of dbl exc. armor not even sell for 25k at auctions and that be4. But it all depends on the buyer!
