so i tamed up a pair or raptors and a skree when SA came out, but had a list of things to do before i was able to get to train them up.
well last week i finally was able to fully GM both my raptors and my skree.
and the last couple days ive tooken them out and tryed them out on different critters and the such.
so this is my conclussion on the raptors and skree.
both are mid level tamer pets, the the taming and controlabilit are low.
and they are definatlly NOT front line pets.
other then maybe RP or for looks they arnt really that good of pets.
the skree im sure has allready been beaten to death.
low HP, med reisists and a sleep special..... which makes the critter your fighting retarget another pet when it wakes up.... can be a bugger if your using a greater as a shield and all of a sudden it starts to smack around your skree.
over all i found the skree to..... suck.
my final test of it was on a cu and a swoop.
both of which where discorded, took FOREVER and a LOAD of bandaids.
and the swoop i gave up on after 10 minutes.
the Raptors.
neat pets. they are like the Diet Coke of Frenzied Ozzies.
they do about the same damage as having 2 ozzies.
which begs to ask.... why use 2 rapots when you can use 4 ozzies for the same control slots and double your damage output?
and about the same for control and taming.
and to me the ozzies seemed to hit faster then the raptors.
in the end after getting nice pets (hp and resists) and then bonding and training them im gonna be handing mine over to my 3rd line tamer and leaving them there for looks.
dont get me wrong.
pets are fun to tame, train then take out.
but if your looking to max your damage and kill rate those wont do it for ya.
enjoy.
poo.
