So, it's been a while since I've kicked around on Catskills, and I think I already know the answer.. but here goes anyway..

Is the TravelLodge still around? I tried to use my rune but it was blocked. I seem to remember trying to go there a few years back with no luck as well.

The answer to your question is, the rune books are now in the northwest corner of Luna, second house from the right. The Travel Lodge folk have long since left the building.

Travel Lodge closed up shop a while ago. (2 years? I don't remember exactly) Their rune library was taken over by someone else and moved to Luna. (as Farsight mentioned) The wonderful vendor village they had is no more. It was a sad day when they left.

Before they left the game, I acquired the library from TLT and moved it to my shop in Luna . It would have been such a shame to lose the library and Tony wanted it to keep going as well.
