What if ToonTown had the option of logging on invisible? Or becoming invisible at any time you are online, kinda like the Instant Messenger programs have. That would be fantastic. I wish I could put myself on an "invisible" setting when I log on so I could control who knew I was online. I lose friends occasionally because they see me log on and want my help, but I'm either already engaged in helping others (in that case my roommates, lol) OR they logged on while I was helping somebody and they get tired of hearing "Sorry, I'm helping a friend." Guess that's no kind of friend, upon reflection, lol.

I think that's a good idea but I also like to let my impatient friends remove themselves if I don't help enough. Sheesh, they need to get a life. When someone is willing to help me I always consider it a big favor, friend or otherwise. Although I am very clear that the world revolves around me, I do understand that many haven't been made aware of this yet.

I have even suggested this to Disney which is probably why we havent gotten it!! I would love invisible mode. There are times when we are watching a movie or something and I just want to fish while we watch. My husband warns me that I can get on "as long as you can do both"!! I assure him that all I am going to do is fish a little. Pretty soon, I am typing away and in the CFO or something!! He should know better by now!! I love to talk and can't resist, right Terri??!!

How does one go about making suggestions Disney?? 'Cause I have a couple other things floating around in my head, lol. Do they actually read it, I wonder? Or do you just get some silly automated message "thanks for your interest and blah blah blah ... "?

When we had our dev chat, Greg told me that they CANNOT listen to suggestions. If you send in a suggestion, I promise you it will never get to the devs.

Yeah I have heard that. I mentioned it a long time ago. I was just talking to the support people on the phone so I am thinking they had nothing to do with it but I thought it was worth a try at the time. Dont they have that new blog type thing now where people post things like that and they supposedly listen? I havent really looked at it but it seems like they are looking for input. It would be nice!! I'm sure a bunch of people have suggested an invisible mode kind of option and it is a fairly common option. I don't think anyone could come back to them and say that was their idea, not as wide spread as it is. But logic doesnt necessarily reign!!!

That's all well and good, but it's kinda like saying - I heard what you just said, but I didn't hear it.

Of course they listen to ideas, they just can't admit that they take anyone's input, or risk getting sued. Kind of like an author saying they never read anyone else's books or a musician saying they didn't listen to anyone else before writing their new release. Our great legal system at work.

I think the more they hear it from people in whatever format, the closer we may come to actually seeing something like this happen. Even if the developers have to claim it was their own idea....

Lets see they made sell hq with a nice prize of a sos card?

Then they added cash hq with a nice prize of a unite?

Then a couple of Devs moved over to WOW and they made Law with a nice prize of a flunky? (Yea we all wanted to make a flunky show up at our party?)

Then the rest of the Devs left for Final Fantasy and they made boss with a nice prize of a cannon?(and a field full of wack a moles?)

Are we going downhill or is it just me?
