Race question

so i started a trial account with a hord toon, now i want to upgrade to a full account but my buddy wants to go Aliance(good?) i read that you can only have 1 type or other per account. can i deleat this toon and start over or should i start a whole new account?

If you rolled a Horde character on a PVP server - then you won't be able to create an alliance character on that same PVP server unless you delete that Horde character.

Otherwise you can. It's only specific per server (not account) and it only applies to the PVP ones.

This is all server based, I play on an RP server so I was able to have both Horde and Alliance on the same Server.

Have to take into consideration that there are 4 server types

PvP (only one faction per this; all horde or all alliance)
PvE(any characters)
RP (any characters)
RP-pvp(only one faction, all horde or all alliance)
