Quitting UO - Selling Felucca Castle

Located a few screens SW of Ice Dungeon entrance. The castle is on a peninsula and has no spawn/other houses on screen. Very nice location.

House name is Requiem Guildhouse
House owner is HATE-

House most likely comes with around 10K of each potion, a few hundred trapped boxes and a bunch of random stuff.

Quitting due to another deployment to Iraq and accepting gold offers only.
