[Price Check] Questions about New Magincia House and Writ of Lease

I own a New Mag house on Chessy and the writ of lease to the plot. I am guessing that the writ is a rare since the contest is long over and you can no longer get them. My question is about the worth of them. I am also guessing that owning the plot itself does not bring any extra value to the plot deed since Chessy is on the quiet side.

What is the approximate worth of the writ of lease by itself?

Is anyone interested in the plot and the writ on Chessy as a package deal?

I want to say ive seen some of these sell for 40m area... not sure if the collector was trying to get all the writs for one shard or all the locations. I also cant remember who was buying it. Im not very useful.

I've bought these from vendors and in auctions from 10 to 50m. Chessy, while not very populated, has a lot of collectors so I would think 40m would be about right.
