Questions about bandage summoning

I have a few questions about bandage summoning talismans.
1. Can the be recharged?
2. Is there a timer on summoning a bandage?

1. I think they can be recharged with some type of crafted switch or something.

2. The bandage talis I have need 60 secs. between summons to work.

Preferably the "Y" shaped one like the totem of the void,
or the circle one?

On prodo shards people will keep these kinds of totems insured in their packs for emergencies.. on Siege most people just burn through them when bored for quick resources and store them, and throw the depleted totem away.

They are recharged with a runed switch, which is craftable.
The type of bandages they give is more important than the shape I think. Some give green, reversed bandages. - while I've in the past seen from shops in Luna, these can be useful for scamming newbies by selling them as rares, they don't work with an existing uoa macro, on production shards I look for and keep the ones that summon red regular bandies.
