I have one question regarding spell damage increase. I know some of you knowledgeable people can give me a quick answer as the archive is not available right now

What is the total SPI cap from armor and jewelry in the cases of PvP and PvM?

If I remember correctly, there is no cap on PvM and 15% on PvP. Am I right?
