i have recently dug out an older character archer mage nox and cant seem to fire off a Serpents arrow using the elven composite long bow. i used jewelry to bring my tactics to 91. and it still wont fire?i have 90 poisoning and 100 archery.what am i doing wrong or need to change up thx for input
