question concerning origami

I thought that they were a part of that whole tokuno event thing they had going back then. Yet someone told me that there is still a chance of getting the little rolls from fan dancers still. Does anyone know the facts on this?

Yes, the origami can still be gotten from Fan Dancers. Origami was introduced when SE came out, and had nothing to do with the TOT events.

all but one will randomly be created when you click the paper roll. The one other (fish or frog? i forget) you have to get stinking drunk and then open the roll and even then it is suppose to be a random chance again but for me 2 out of 2 times I got it.
