Question about the Humility Cloak quest

UOGuide says I need to go to haven and talk to an NPC, but there isn't a haven on siege. The cloaks do exist here so does anyone know where this particular NPC is?

wrong guy. That's Gareth, the guy you take the quest from. I believe Critical Gaming has reached the last part of the quest, moving the items between the 7 npc's. The equivalent location for Haven is Ocllo

FYI, I failed the last test due to not reading it and got a shield of recognition.

You can't do the quest more than 1 time on a character.

Ouch! thats an expensive shield! Last time I did the quest on Prodo, that was 225k worth of donations.

Not sure if it is the same rate here.

You cannot try the quest again either can you?

I did the same thing with wolfs bane dagger quest

Now I only can have the three blessed daggers I got before completing quest... ( unless I use my alt char )
