Is boosted skill not taken into account for the masteries? I had 105 boosted necro skill and attempted to switch to that mastery but it said I must have a skill of 90 or higher, I am at 65 real.
Template is pretty tight, but am looking to have high enough skill to (reliably) use skele drags as a necro. will 90 real and boost to 115 make this possible, or is it going to need to be higher real skill?
