Search for the equinox leaf bracelet. You need it to take the quest. Once you get that, find Kelbane in the back part of the twisted weald to take the appropriate quest (it's the only one he offers).
Once the quest is completed you'll never get disrupted again.

In fact I think he will be giving regular tours once we twist the leaf bracelets off those elves!
