Well, its weapon skill vs weapon skill
So 120 vs 120 is 50%, if you have 50 dci( fake number to make math easier), its 25% to be hit. If they have 50 hci(fake again) it goes back to 50%.
The formula for( eval+anat/2 )+20 equals wrestling skill for defensive purposes only( no speacials). So you can go over 120, but i dont think it does anything.
Parry woukd be a seperate check, and at 120 with a shield, its like 20% chance, if you have bush and 2 handed, i think its 35%, and 1 handed its 30%.
