Question about current target circle

My question is about the target circle that appears below your target!
is there a way to change the color of this?
I am guessing probably not!

The reason would like to change this is to make it easier to locate in larger mobs!

Not via UI modding, unfortuantely. Personally I wish they would have it turn grey when something is out of range.
