Popps if you are reading and following the instructions then you will see that NO WHERE are you confirming your order.
You are simply navigating your way to the manage accounts section that is relevant for Editing card details.
EDIT - Popps if it helps I used this exact method to remove my card - hence why my screenshot doesn't show any edit/delete options on the last screen. Had no billing issues whatsoever
Note: I didn't just suggest it - I created it!
Well, I am not sure whether I did anything wrong but I tried to follow the info at the
UO Stratics *New* | Account Management link, ended up having the possibility to edit my existing CC, changed the expiration date to the new one and then, after clicking the "SAVE" button I got sent to a page where I can either "CONFIRM" or "CANCEL".
Problem is, that this page, among the others says....
I omitted, for privacy, where I put instead <gibberishcode> and <nameaccount>

CONFIRM CANCEL
And then, in green, some worrying text (at least to me...).
By making your subscription purchase today and by clicking CONFIRM, you authorize EA to automatically charge the then-current renewal subscription fee (plus any applicable taxes) to your credit or debit card without any additional action by you prior to the expiration of your product subscription. Your subscription will continue to automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel the automatic renewal service at any time by contacting customer support. To cancel your subscription, visit the account subscription main page and then click the "Cancel Subscription" button next to the appropriate product account.
I bolded the part that worried me (automatic charge...)
Now, I am not sure whether the above means that I get charged right upon pressing the CONFIRM button (which would end up with me being double charged since my subscription is still paid for.....) or whether it means that whenever my paid for term ends, THEN the automatic charge will apply.
Anyways, not being sure either way, I cancelled.
Anyone's gone through editing the CC for expiration date already who can advice me ?
Or do I also need to call them over the phone to avoid me messing up and doing mistakes which could cost me headaches ?
Thanks.
P.S. I wished we still had the older account management set up a thousand times !!!
