Question about Boat Rubble...

Are the pieces turnable?
I have 2 pieces of the east side of the boat and one is turned. would i be able to turn it so it would fit another boat?
any help would be greatly appreciated

FYI folks, I did try to turn the tip (prow) part of the boat and the west side piece (large one), but I don't have a east side piece (the small sliver) to test it for him.... neither of the other parts turn, but I am at a loss as to how to explain it otherwise.

I have quite a bit of rubble and I can't turn a single piece. But I don't have the specific piece you are asking about.

I tried turning all my boat pieces (all four), and could not do it. I also tried turning the boat board rubble, and it didn't turn, either.
