Question about a certain type of bank spamming.

If this has been asked before (which I'm sure it has) than I apologize. I'm just curious about the in-game legality of the players on "dummy" accounts spamming at Luna for example, advertising the websites selling in game merchandise for real world cash. I'm not asking about the legality of unattended chars doing this as I already know the answer to that. I'm curious as to if it's kosher under the ToS to do so if one is attended, and if it's not than why do they seem to get away with it. They seemingly do this with no consequences at all and no fear of them ever happening.

Like I said, if it's been discussed before I am sorry. I searched the board but could only find post regarding UM'ing, duping, and the actual sale of their items. I didn't find one that was about these particular players spamming.

Its not and I have turned him in 9 times or so in the last 2 weeks.

All free accounts should include a credit card. Or some sort of tagging information to prevent this.

Yeah this is totally stupid at this point. I don't understand why EA can't stop this. The same two "sites" have characters macroing non-stop in Luna on Atlantic for their sites. Everytime i go to luna and see one of them i add them to the ban list yet the next day it seems like there is another version of this char same name that i have to put on my ignore list again. It's really dumb and very annyoing. As if Luna didn't have enough legit spam already. I'm not sure who these fools think will actually go and use their sites. They are probably BS fronts to steal accounts. Even after reading their spam and putting their chars on my ignore list for months i've never even considered visiting either of the sites and i NEVER will either. It seems to me that they are probably doing more harm to their "supposed" legit gold/item selling sites than good cause most players i would imagine find this very slimy.

Bottom line is this is against ToS and EA doesn't seem to be doing anything to stop it. People can do amazing things when they put their minds to it. Why doesn't EA have some people putting their minds to this issue? They've gotta have people much smarter than these uo item/gold selling turds working at EA. I mean how smart can you be if your trying to make RL cash off some ancient game like UO. To me that concept is truly laughable.

Need a new spell, Cone of Silence - places target in a soundproof bubble that has a slight chance of curing Diarhea of the Mouth. or maybe something like Exorcism that works on spammers. a npc guard stands at any bank or high traffic area and if the same text is repeated over and over by one character for too long then that character is "exorcised" to a "Spam Tank" a room like a drunk tank but for spammers.
