PvP - Mystic Glenda Shield Basher template

I'm putting together a Mystic Glenda Shield Basher toon and heard about the following options:
Mace 120
Parry 120
(Mystic/focus) or (Chiv/weaving) 120
Bushido or Ninja or Magery 110
Tactics 60

Out of those, which combo would be best?
If you use another template with other skills, I'm happy to hear about it.
