Pumpkin Guardian Spawn?

Here I was, running around hoping to find a pumpkin I could into some trouble with when I get spotted by a crystal hydra guardian. As if that wasn't enough, a daemon-type guardian was not far behind. I had been to these patches in Skara Brae several times and did not see them on previous visits so I'm not sure where they came from. So I ask, do these guardians spawn in the pumpkin patches? If so, I can see where stealing a pumpkin can be a bit risky and all but wow! Talk about capital punnishment! hehe

Aren't guardians from T-maps?

These guardians I saw had bodies red in color. It's been awhile since I've completed a T-Map so I'm not quite sure but I think the T-Map spawn are usually the normal colored creatures.
