Pulled spells

Is there a way to stop all my spells that I pulled from books from disappearing? I thought logging out properly would keep them, but I've lost them 5x in 2 days even with hitting log out. It gets annoying, anyone have any ideas?

Hmm.. Thats pretty strange. Has never happened with my chars. Somehow you are not saving the spells on logout..

Make sure you haven't typed a Space after your log in name or password... this makes it think it's a different account and makes it not save.

Also, if you have 2 character with tje same name, the higher on the character select screen keeps the setup, and the lower has thiers over ridden.

Yeah

A similar thing happened to one of mine. I logged on and all my book spells and skill icons were gone. I put them all back and now everytime I log on, the spells are still there but my skill icons have to be put back.

It happened after I made a new char on a diff shard.

It is a pain because I log off/time out many times a day.

this has been happening to me since Publish 100 came out...
And I have gotten a gamers computer since then and it does it on this one too.
Its so frequent, that I don't bother pulling out my spells on chars other than my main.

Not the case for my wife. She has two chars of the same exact name and both somehow have their own macros and preferences loaded for what's on screen.

Have you tried running the file check?

Yep..The little check button when you first load the game. Good to do that once in a while. Takes a little longer to load the game, but worth it. Try that and plse let us know..
