Pub 54 Broke Something with Factions

You changed factions so that people could perform beneficial acts on faction members while in Trammel. Whatever you did, it affects Felucca too.

People were able to heal me and remove curse on me yesterday when I was playing factions.

Please change it back.

But again, yesterday I wasn't able to be rezzed in Fel.

Given how many "beneficial acts" bugs there are, though, my experience may not be instructive.

How did this even get past test center, and even Origin?!? Incredible that nobody, not even a player on Origin has found/posted this yet. I'm not blaming them mind you lol, but still.

There's a world of difference between 80% and 100%.

100% would be "this worked on different characters, friends of mine, or different accounts of my own."

100% means you've ruled out "wow, that was a weird bug that hasn't happened since, or that only happens to that particular character."

Here's an example...

A few years back I ran out to check the Desert champ spawn.

I was sure that it, for some reason, wasn't there.

I was sure that there was something very wrong.

Then I noticed I had just run through a monster without the "pushthrough" message.

I was in Trammel. I was sure of something that wasn't correct.

It happens.

It totally made sense for me to ask.

This is also a bad thing in Felucca: if you try to open a cropse you have no loot right, it says you have no loot right, why!?!? In Trammel ok, in Felucca it should be possible again.

Was broken the first time... Benefictial acts should only take place when faction enemies flag each other.. Test it out some more..

No loot right? Hmm, that might actually not be a bad idea... PvP would become, not as fun, but Felucca would fill back up.....

I miss the old looting rights of Felucca AND Trammel..

That would be cool. If no PvP are going on, all should be able to do benefictial acts to each no matter of factions or guildwars/alliances.

This! But even if it was still around, what could you possibly loot? Everything decent will be insured.

It's ok I can'r rez someone I did not kill if they are flaged to someone else.

In guild wars, it is far lessy buggy than with alliances, we use guild wars for heavy roleplaying.. We can res, and perform benefictial acts on eachother and benefictial acts from guilds we aren't at war with and there is less administration, we don't have alliance chat, but it actually works better.. If two faction guilds are at war, they can perform benefictial acts on each other..
