problem with uogamecodes - keeps asking me to login

I am trying to buy the 7th character/storage upgrade. I get to the login page, put in my information (correctly) and then promptly get sent to the login page even after seeing a brief shoppingcart link in the address bar. I have tried it 10 times and keep getting the same thing.

Anyone have any ideas? I know this happened to me the last two times I bought from them but I dont remember how this was resolved.

(I tried the help button and found a number where you could supposedly order over the phone. LOL!!! Love the recorded messages that have NO relation at all to trying to order over the phone. Priceless.)

This worked for me and I received my purchase.

Jeremy is there any way this information can be used by someone to fix this problem? This is the third time I know of that I have tried to make a purchase there that this occurred. Customer service did send me an email on how to purchase thru email which I did appreciate but it really shouldnt have to be done like that.

That still does not fix my problem... I just gave up with it. I get tired of calling EA every time for tokens. And sometimes you don't even get your Email from the UOgamecodes.

Try closing all your IE screens / Reboot computer and follow exactly as that posts says on a fresh IE screen.

I'm having the same problem. Try to log into uogamecodes with my UO account and get We'er sorry, but we've encountered a error. Please try again (99)

Seeing as the fix link in this thread isn't working any more anyone know a work around (can't believe they haven't fixed this yet!)

It isnt a browser issue i have tried 4 different ones (including IE which i loath to even open on my comp) I have gotten things thru them before but that was years ago (about 2005) MY UO account was created in 1997, and using UO_"account name" didnt work.

Any help be appreciated.

PS: i wont call them to order, it'll be online or nothing.
