Problem with Rustic & Gothic

I purchased the Rustic & Gothic theme pack, day before last. Today is the 12th. I should be able to bid on a Magincia bazaar plot. However when I try, I get the message: "You must have the Rustic theme pack or the Gothic theme pack to use this feature. "

I went to the new support site, and tried to reach a CSR (which I THINK stands for Customer Service Representative? ) but I did not know how to contact them. All I read pretty much was "Heck yeah, we are available every hour of every day! " But I did NOT see how E X A C T L Y to contact one. Grrrrrrrr.


I drew an arrow and circled the phrase of who to contact. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about.





So... how in god's name do I contact a 24/7 game rep? Please be spacific, example: Click paper doll > Click help > Click Other

I am very, very frustrated. I thought the whole new account transition thing was supposed to be done by now?!!!

Please help.

You need to put in the code on ultima-registration and ingame to get your special item.


Did that, done that, but thank you for the answer. I entered both codes. I have both a chest of sending and a raised garden bed. I entered both codes. But thank you. :) Anyone else?

you not only have to enter the code in the game help menu but the management page of Accounts on last page is the update account option you need to enter the codes there too to upgrade your account to the rustic packs

Well, I say test it out if this booster is working for you properly. Go see if that window to use the Distilleries works or not. If you can't craft it yourself ask around to someone or a friend to let you use theirs. (Security access must be changed so you can use it).

If that wine distilleries don't work then you didn't activate the "Rustic" booster code.
Or look for the Gothic wall tiles in your Customize house options are available and NOT greyed out. (i can't remember what the Gothic booster offers....)

Anyway good luck to you! But if all else fails you might have to wait until the Billing / Management UO website is updated and working properly after August 12th 2011.

Ah, thanks. I didn't see the announcement about waiting until 4:10pm tonight. When I get home around 11:30 tonight I'll see what happens.

Aside from that, can anyone tell me how to contact that CSR? Sadly for me, timing is not on my side, my internet is working, but my phone is not. No, I do not have a cell phone, just a land line, which is not working. The phone company is coming Monday to try to fix it. Until then I was hoping to access one of these "CSR's" anyone know how?

didn't someone recently say something about Not using any codes right now? or was that towards something else?

Well, I just got off the chat support with a EA rep and he said the Ultima Online website was down. He then told me I would have to try to either re-enter the codes again, or contact EA then.

So... there is a chance that I will not be able to fully upgrade until Tuesday. :(
