Problem with Login UOGAMETIMECODES.com

I hope that this is the right forum for my problem

I want to buy a 6 month gametimecode on UOGAMETIMECODES.com.

I click on the code, add to cart, then it says "please login with your UO account", i type the username and password, hit enter and then it takes me back to the excact same login screen. I just can't get to the cart to buy something.

When i login with the same data on ultimaregistration.com it works, so the data is correct. I tried also with different browsers, its the same.

Can someone help me?

Did you try Chrome? I just tested it and it worked.

Nope doesn't work

I tried IE9, Firefox 3, Firefox 4 and Chrome. Every time it only shows me the login screen again.

I have a german uo account and its registered since 2006. I think that it should work.

Sometimes, UOGamecodes just won't work right. You can get lucky by changing browsers, clearing caches, using different PCs ... but sometimes it's just broken. In the past it's been known to decide, based on the IP of your PC not matching the 'registered address' for your UO account, that you were not the genuine user - which is fairly idiotic, since your IP need never be anything to do with your home location, and for the last couple of decades it's been fairly common for people to travel and log in to websites from all over the world.... but it still did stupid things like that.

If nothing else seems to work, I've found that PMing Cal gets something sorted out - it may take him a few days to get Gamecodes to act, but so far he's been able to get them moving far faster than their customers can (which also says plenty about the quality of service at UOGamecodes...). It's a shame it takes time and work from the game producer to get the sales website team to sort themselves out, but it works so I'd say give it a try.

Make sure you either have "accept cookies" turned on or have uogamecodes.com as an exception.

there is also a problem with the old accounts... for an unknow reason some of them is saved on the db with "uo_<account name>" name and uogamecodes do not recognize them.
Always happen to me with my oldest account, the ones made after samurai empire have no problem.
So if you have another account use it and it will works
