Problem with lobsters & crabs using commodity deeds

I tried putting some of my different types of lobster and crabs in commodity deeds this morning and when I did it doesn't tell me what type it is once deeded. Example 25 apple crabs become just 25 crabs once I deed them. I don't know if it's like this for everyone but I have this problem on all my chars.

Amberjacks said Mahi Mahi on the deed and Gray Snappers became Salmon on the deed as name. Thats not helpfull when trading fish.

I didn't know it applied to fish as well, thanks for checking. This is going to suck because I sell a lot of lobsters and crabs on my vendors.
