Ok, this isn't a complaint about not being able to get a robe. I still haven't but don't care much. I do however want to be able to complete the quest. =<
I have come across a problem where my char seems to be bugged and can no longer use the red sparkles in dungeons. I've tried different dungeons, facets, killing myself, etc etc. Nothing worked. He's bugged for sure. Now my main concern though is the fact that I paged a GM. After waiting for a half hour (Response times have gotten better since my retirement!) I receive the response I wasn't waiting for... The GM said that I need to email the bug as a report and if I inquire again using the GM page function I will receive no response.
Normally a bug such as this wouldn't bother me much and I would hold a little faith that if I emailed the issue that it would be resolved at some point. I have two problems with the response I received though,
1. The GM didn't even attempt to resolve it, he didn't do anything. No questions, no other actions I see some people getting when a gm is paged. He just blew me off. and due to the fact that this is a quest and event that is of limited time, I am a bit upset he didn't try to help in the least bit. By the time my email is answered (if at all...) I am fairly certain that the event and quest will have gone the way of the dodo.
2. His response about any further pages will be ignored. Now, my page wasn't unreasonable. For him to pretty much tell me that the GM staff will not be bothered by me or my issue anymore is a little insulting. Customer service? I felt as though I was being treated as a child.
Like I said, I don't care that I'm not receiving the cool items or any of that rubbish. I do though want to participate and find it rather disheartening that this GM sees it as a non-issue.
