Problem with Alacrity Scrolls

Kinda a big problem. Eat an Alacrity scroll a little time before the server reset on Siege Perilous.

Still had time when server went down and would rise with the new Publish.

My scroll has yet to disspate since the server came back up. Nearly an hour and 30 minutes ago.

So what im reading is that from now on I need to eat scrolls just before they bring a server down....

I would think the publish is also an issue. I've eaten a many number of Alacrity scrolls during server reset as its one of the times i play on Siege (due to being GMT).
