Problem when first getting into the game

Alright, when I'm logging in, I can log into the world, but right away I get a problem with an error message saying "DuplicateHandle failed" follwed then by a WindowsPlayer.exe has stopped working. I created a guest account and was able to log in fine. But for the character I'm trying to play, can't even really get into the game.

GC.log is giving me
Last error code: 3e6
