Easiest way is to use the vendor search, select the high to low option and the level 3s are listed first

There is one on a vendor right now for 15 mill, I have seen them before, but no idea what price they were, prob around same
level.

And another at 12 now, I'm guessing that one ain't yours. As these are all fairly new and shard bound it is going to take a while before prices stabilise esp the level 3s. Seen most now but I have still to see Taming or Spellweaving. So as it is specifically Europa scrolls I doubt if anyone can give an accurate estimate as, whatever the ceiling is, it will surely drop over time. Its suck it and see time.

its good they are shard bound though.. it will let europa create its own price system for these items... and not rely on atlantic prices..indeed they should exceed atl prices to the extent were every one as got one that is...
