So as I set my vendors up and getting the prices ready here on my new home I wanted to get some input on prices of items I can currently farm and add to the list as my skills grow...

Arrow & Bolts 17gp per

Leather (plain) 15gp per
Haven't learned places I can do yet for other leathers

Wood (plain) 7gp per
(Oak) 12gp per
(Ash) 15gp per
(Yew) 22gp per
Not skilled enough for the others yet

Ingots (iron) 12gp per

That's all I am farming right now and stock piling but will be opening a vendor house in safe haven soon if you have any suggestions of my prices or future prices (as my skills progress) or other items you would like to see regularly stocked please feel free to tell me here. Don't know if my prices are high or low yet since vendor search is pretty empty.

For leather, do Tsuki wolves. Gold, occasional high end items, and plenty of leather. May want to consider community collections for that stuff, like Britt library and vesper museum.

I do the bog area NE of Britain just below the desert area west of Safe haven for spined hide. For barbed you'll find dragons on level one of Destard, the Fire Temple, and NW Ilshaenar. If you have a ship and can find merchant ships, they are even better sources of the hides if you know how to take them out.

I also want to learn how to farm the bags of sending and the powder as well. If anyone wants to teach me I wil start that as well on my archer gotta start small on things I can kill and go from there

The powder involves doing quests for the Solen Queen and gathering a lot of zoogi fungus from the Solen Infiltrators outside Wind and at a couple other spots. The Bags of Sending involve an ambitious queen found in the Solen Hive and her quest that has you killing other Solen Queens in the hives.

I'm actually in need of more bags of sending myself, I'm on my last one. PM me and I'll show you the ropes on the bags & powder. I'm available most times of the day.

Been in there getting some bags and an archer will not work well in there since you can't stay friended to the hive using a bow, it'll be climbing into a meat grinder. You need to have a mage with the ability to summon fire eles to hunt in there and survive. Forgot how fast they spawn in those hives.

What do you mean? Turn in the leather, gold and items into a collection? Like the Britain trash can?

Awesome I will try those spots when I can to get other leathers if I am strong enough. And the bags and powder I would love to learn when I have time later at night and in most weekends

You need to get in to the Solen Matriarch, feed her a seed, and get her quest, that will be the challenging part as the warriors spit acid, makes the trip in & out exciting. Your friended to the hive after the quest until you kill a Solen. The fire eles don't make this happen so they work to kill other queens. I'm playing this afternoon so if you want, give me a yell sometime in the next few hours and I'll join you on the quests.

This solon warriors are nasty. Don't stand in the green slime when they die.

Me and a friend (keep his name secret as he rarely die to players), was at an IDOC. There was a solon hole, I was friended to the ant, he was not. 3 warrior came up of the hole, he killed one at my feets, I had my eyes at ICQ and did not see the pool of green slime at my feets, I died, he killed the other 2, then I saw him die too standing in this nasty slime. We got a good laugh and an other VvV'er was saying, the ants was better killers than him.

Did Landreu's BoD run this morning and decided to friend him to the hive, he did it with 84 Magery and MR6 on his suit, all the rest of his skills are crafting. Once your shown the path in and out your crafter will have no trouble.

No I believe they mean the Library.

What the BOD run? And yes I think it will work well either way

I do the BoDs to get Gargoyle Pickaxes for Mining, they get the occasional Ore Ele which is worth the bother.

I carry a mage bow when Mining ore eles, spells don't hurt them.

Yes. I ran across an earth elemental slayer bow with mage weapon and added spell channeling to it.

Do have a problem with elven quivers of arrows vanishing during Mining trips though. Arrows in the backpack will stay no problem, but with a quiver your character will suddenly not shoot at eles because his quiver is gone. It's happened a few times and I've no idea why. *shrugs*

I don't have any quivers yet... I am gonna have to get me one of these bows

Some ore elementals can destroy your equipment, and they seem to really hate quivers.
